Responsibilities

Support obsolescence management initiatives to ensure hardware remains current, reliable, and aligned with customer needs
Provide technical support for fielded systems and new product introduction (NPI) applications, including certification and entry into service activities
Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, including electrical, fluid, and controls engineers, to drive project success
Oversee hardware development throughout the design lifecycle, from initial concept through ground and flight testing, with a focus on technology and manufacturing readiness
Define and guide supplier design efforts, ensuring transparency and alignment with project requirements
Participate actively in design reviews, both internally and with suppliers, to ensure quality and compliance
Support engineering team members to maintain adherence to project plans and timelines
Work within cross-functional teams, including design engineering, quality engineering, supply chain, and program leadership, to ensure components and systems meet application requirements
Communicate technical and manufacturing readiness plans and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Engineering experience)
