Sales Director - North Central
Coalesce.io is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead sales efforts for their data transformation product. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful sales processes.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
Build and manage relationships with key clients & partners in the enterprise space
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process
Provide regular Salesforce updates and reports on sales activities and opportunity progress
Stay up-to-date with competing technologies, industry trends and market changes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success
Strong technical understanding of data transformation and related technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Self-motivated, curious, process-oriented and results-driven
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred
Understanding of data warehousing and platforms like Snowflake
Experience selling in the ETL/ELT space
