Mission Operations Lead

The Mission Operations Lead will be responsible for planning and executing field events, managing internal communications, and driving business development initiatives to support CX2's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

You are an operator—planning and executing field events, partnering with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure event/deployment success
You are an expert communicator—crafting the narratives and documents that shape and propel CX2’s business forward
Act as the engine for internal stakeholders, driving the pursuit of long-term opportunities and advancing CX2’s capture, pricing, and outreach initiatives through the creation of proposals, white papers, and other strategic documents
Manage and write responses to Government and customer requests for white papers, general product or company information, quotes, and proposals
Support strategic pricing efforts across all of CX2’s products and business lines
Create and own the proposal process—building infrastructure that scales with CX2’s growth
Monitor and flag potential opportunities for Growth leadership
Engage and deliver with government partners to support business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with CX2’s strategic objectives and capture plans

Required

Excellent writing and communications skills to internal and external audiences. You can take complex and technical ideas and explain them to a broad audience
Ability to gain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
Bias towards action. Possess the ability to thrive in a startup environment, know when to operate in ambiguity and when to build processes to help scale the business
Travel up to 25%
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Note: Those currently on OPTs and/or H1Bs do not currently qualify for ITAR
