Required

3–7 years in program management, product operations, strategic PMO, or similar cross-functional roles; preferably in the education or EdTech space
A builder, not just an operator — you thrive in environments where systems don't exist yet and you're excited to create clarity, structure, and workflows from scratch
Experienced driving GTM execution and cross-functional launches, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment where ambiguity is the norm
A clear, concise communicator who can distill complexity into simple, actionable direction that busy teams can execute on
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple simultaneous launch cycles without losing the thread
Strong business acumen — you understand the 'why' behind product decisions and can anticipate risks, tradeoffs, and cross-functional impacts
Calm and solutions-oriented when priorities shift or information is incomplete; you bring order to chaos without over-engineering
Skilled at influencing without authority — you create alignment and momentum across Product, LXD, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations
Pragmatic and simplicity-focused: you build lightweight, scalable systems rather than heavy processes
