Swoon is seeking a Product Owner – Functional to lead a Kiosk product. This role is responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, and delivery outcomes for a high-impact, customer-facing digital product used across restaurants.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision rooted in customer needs and business goals
Translate strategy into actionable objectives focused on outcomes, not output
Own and continuously refine the product roadmap using data and insights
Lead discovery efforts to identify real customer problems before building solutions
Engage directly with guests, restaurant owners, and team members to gather insights
Validate ideas through testing and evidence of customer and business value
Lead an empowered cross-functional team with trust, autonomy, and accountability
Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, finance, and legal
Facilitate open communication, learning, and rapid iteration
Define and track success metrics and OKRs aligned to business objectives
Prioritize work effectively, balancing quick wins with long-term strategy
Own end-to-end delivery and ensure predictable, high-quality releases
Champion experimentation and learning from failure
Use data and feedback to continuously improve the kiosk experience
Share insights and results transparently with stakeholders

Required

Must be located in Plano, TX and able to go onsite on an as-needed basis
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on cross-functional teams
Strong background in product discovery and customer-centered problem solving
Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics (OKRs)
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners
Data-driven mindset with strong decision-making skills
