Responsibilities
Planning and executing corporate, nonprofit, hospitality, and large-scale events from concept through post-event analysis
Managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics using tools like Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite, Asana, or Monday.com
Coordinating with marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders to align event goals with business outcomes
Overseeing on-site execution, attendee experience, and vendor performance
Tracking KPIs such as attendance, engagement, ROI, and post-event feedback
Qualification
Required
Experience managing events across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills
Expertise in event technology platforms and registration systems
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
