Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of income tax provisions for financial statements

Assist in preparation of federal, state/local and international income tax returns

Support tax controversy matters, including audits and notices

Participate in tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, integrations, etc

Conduct tax research and draft supporting memorandums

Work with technology that supports the tax function

Assist with a variety of international tax and transfer pricing matters

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent degree
