Rental Manager - Expedition Station
Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a Rental Shop Manager to lead their rental operations and ensure a top-notch guest and employee experience. The role involves managing rental shop activities, inventory control, and staff to optimize performance, sales, and profitability.
Human Resources
Responsibilities
Maximize Equipment Rentals: Train staff on policies and procedures, maintain rentable equipment, and ensure optimal use
Guest Satisfaction & Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, managing scheduling, and ensuring staff readiness
Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee inventory control, manage equipment repairs, and ensure effective merchandising displays
Team Management & Development: Schedule, train, and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a team environment
Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety guidelines, conducting regular safety trainings, and overseeing daily housekeeping tasks
Financial Oversight: Manage payroll budgets, monitor expenses, and implement revenue strategies to meet financial goals
Compliance & Professionalism: Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs, and promote a culture of professionalism
Qualification
Required
Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Previous experience in rental shop management preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
