Responsibilities

Greet clients with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional customer service
Assess patients at arrival and determine the appropriate level of care needed for each pet
Discuss clinic fees and payment options
Answer client questions regarding clinic services and pet care
Communicate with veterinary technicians and veterinarians regarding patients status
Maintain client information and medical records in an accurate and organized manner

Qualification

Customer service experienceCommunication skillsDetail-orientedProblem-solving skillsCompassionate attitude

Required

Prior experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred, but not required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and stressful environment
Detail-oriented and able to accurately manage and prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
Compassionate and caring attitude towards pets and their owners
