Client Engagement Team Analyst

Responsibilities

Draft and edit client communications, including meeting invitations, follow-up and thank you notes, and strategic updates for priority clients and senior leaders
Identify and develop new communication opportunities to enhance client engagement and deliver tailored messaging
Coordinate with bankers to plan and execute strategic relationship reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives and senior leadership priorities
Partner with the reporting team to distribute senior engagement reports, providing timely and accurate insights to business leaders
Track client meetings, document key outcomes, and manage follow-up actions to ensure continuity and progress in client relationships
Support the planning and logistics of market visits, including scheduling, briefing preparation, and post-visit follow-up
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagement activities in relevant systems and databases
Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives to further the team’s mission of delivering exceptional client experiences

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field
1+ years of experience in client engagement, relationship management, communications, or a related role (internships and co-ops considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to tailor messaging for senior audiences
Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), A.I
High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to delivering quality work

Preferred

experience with CRM or client tracking systems
