LHH is seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations across multiple business units in a complex, multi-site environment. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise and leadership skills to oversee core accounting functions and manage due diligence for acquisitions.

Responsibilities

Oversee core accounting functions (GL, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, treasury, tax) ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP

Manage due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration activities for acquisitions

Develop and maintain Percentage of Completion forecasting and accurate cost tracking for projects

Lead budgeting, monthly performance reviews, and KPI reporting; provide insights to improve margins and cash flow

Partner with auditors and maintain robust internal controls

Mentor controllers and accounting teams across multiple locations
