Contingent Workforce Program Specialist

Responsibilities

Lead and support global process improvement projects and create comprehensive documentation
Participate in testing and launching new functionality within Workday VNDLY platform
Assist with new country expansions and merger and acquisition activities in supported locations
Develop and maintain educational materials for managers including process flows, knowledge articles, and intranet content
Oversee supplier management and strategic planning for all locations outside MSP support coverage
Manage end-to-end requisition processes for contingent workers across approximately 18 international countries
Liaise with local staffing partners and hiring managers to fulfill temporary worker requirements
Submit and track contract requests using Workday Strategic Sourcing system
Coordinate interview scheduling between staffing agencies and hiring managers
Collect, review, and verify compliance documentation for international workers
Facilitate timely and compliant onboarding processes in partnership with managers and suppliers
Provide guidance to managers on fulfillment processes, best practices, and contingent worker management
Monitor and manage tenure limits, contract extensions, and offboarding for a global worker population of approximately 30 individuals
Deliver presentations to staffing partners and stakeholders at all organizational levels regarding processes and best practices

Required

Strong program and project management capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously across various global locations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in process documentation and knowledge management
Stakeholder management and relationship building expertise
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across international boundaries
Demonstrated experience in program management or project management
Required background in contingent workforce management or Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations

Preferred

Experience working with international staffing or global workforce programs
Knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday VNDLY is highly desirable
Familiarity with general artificial intelligence applications for workflow optimization
