Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, including systems administration, network/infrastructure management, data systems oversight, or related roles — preferably within a multi-site or K–12 environment
Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, ChromeOS), servers, networking, wireless systems, telephony, and remote access technologies
Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data privacy, compliance (e.g., FERPA), and disaster recovery/business continuity planning
Working knowledge and implementation of Technology Operations Best Practices
Strong leadership, supervisory, project management, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
Experience with budgeting and procurement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple complex initiatives
