Senior Litigation & Employment Counsel
Intuitive Machines is an innovative and cutting-edge space company making cislunar space accessible to both public and private customers. They are seeking a highly skilled Litigation & Employment Counsel to manage the company’s litigation portfolio and provide legal support to Human Resources on employment and compliance matters.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of Intuitive Machines commercial, employment, and regulatory litigation, including:
Pre-litigation strategy
Discovery, motion practice, and trial support
Settlement negotiations and mediation
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for outside counsel, including budgeting, and performance management
Develop litigation strategy consistent with business objectives and risk tolerance
Manage responses to subpoenas, investigations, and regulatory inquiries
Maintain litigation holds and oversee document preservation processes
Advise HR and business leaders on employee relations and performance management matters
Provide legal guidance on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Support reductions in restructurings, and post-acquisition workforce integration
Review and draft employment-related agreements
Partner with HR on training related to, harassment prevention, code of conduct and manager compliance
Support internal investigations and whistleblower matters
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
6–12+ years of experience, including:
Significant litigation experience (law firm and/or in-house)
Substantial employment law counseling experience
Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and litigation processes
Experience managing outside counsel and litigation budgets
Excellent judgment, written and verbal communication skills
