Reliability Maintenance Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

Assist the Utilities and Facilities team in supporting day-to-day operations
Collaborate across multiple units (operations, quality, process engineering, maintenance) to identify opportunities to reduce equipment downtime
Improve PM, Calibration, CBM, and Lubrication plans
Improve spare parts for U/F equipment
Execute the Failure Analysis, Reporting and Corrective Action program (FRACAS)
Implement continuous improvement items
Develop and submit change control documentation
Support team with capital project related activities
Support long term strategic Reliability and Maintenance activities
Support site and corporate ESG initiatives
Communicate with key stakeholders at the site

Qualification

Engineering degreePharmaceutical industry knowledgeReliability engineeringCollaboration skillsCommunication skills

Required

Enrolled in an engineering degree program during the Spring term preceding internship (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Biosystem preferred)
Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies and a 3.0 GPA or higher
At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S
Successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Must be physically residing in the U.S for the entirety of the internship

Preferred

Candidate interested in pursuing a career in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry preferred
