Director of Sales U.S. Consumer Health
Apotex Corp. is seeking an entrepreneurial U.S. based Sales Leader for its CanPrev brand, which focuses on premium vitamins, minerals, and supplements. The role involves leading CanPrev’s entry into the U.S. market, building relationships with key retailers, and scaling the business into a leadership position.

Responsibilities
Lead CanPrev’s U.S. market entry and go‑to‑market execution
Build and manage direct relationships with key Natural & Specialty retailers (e.g., Whole Foods, Sprouts, The Vitamin Shoppe)
Introduce and position the CanPrev brand strategically with retail partners
Secure distribution, develop launch programs, and grow accounts from regional to national
Own hands‑on field sales activity and retailer engagement
Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Trade, and Supply Chain to support execution and scale
Qualification
Required
15+ years of hands-on sales experience in Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS), OTC, or Natural Health
Proven track record selling into Natural and Specialty channels (Whole Foods, Sprouts, The Vitamin Shoppe, etc.)
Experience in OTC or supplement sales (pharma-only backgrounds are not a fit)
Strong key account management and retail relationship-building skills
Ability to build distribution and retailer programs from the ground up
Deep understanding of the U.S. retail landscape and customer needs
Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about natural health
Preferred
Bonus: experience working in both small, growth-stage and large organizations
