Responsibilities
Assemble prototypes and products according to design plans and engineering specifications
Troubleshoot and suggest creative solutions for process and design issues during development
Test prototypes per engineering instructions and accurately document test results for analysis
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to obtain necessary supplies and services for prototype builds
Perform basic statistical analysis on test results to support engineering decisions
Train team members on new product processes and procedures and assist with calibration and maintenance programs for R&D test equipment
Qualification
Required
Associate degree (AA) in a related technical discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in prototype assembly, testing, or related technical work
Ability to assemble prototypes and perform troubleshooting on design and process issues
Experience in testing prototypes per engineering instructions and documenting results accurately
