Manage a variety of payroll tax tasks — from monthly filings to annual reporting — ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
Research and resolve tax notices from federal, state, and local agencies with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate closely with clients to resolve issues quickly and effectively, always providing top-tier customer service
Keep client data organized, accurate, and secure
Cross-train with other departments to strengthen your skills and support your teammates
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to organization, detail, and accuracy; solid numerical aptitude and proven analytical ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, proactively and consistently follow up with internal associates and clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented, client-focused position
A strict adherence to, and understanding of, confidentiality and ethical conduct
Outstanding work ethic and a positive attitude
Preferred
Prior payroll and/or payroll tax experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
