Analyze business data and develop actionable insights to support process development and decision-making

Conduct in-depth reviews of current systems and workflows, recommending alternative methods to optimize efficiency

Gather and organize information on operational problems and collaborate with teams to formulate sustainable solutions

Identify, evaluate, and implement cost-saving initiatives and performance improvement strategies

Participate in research and development efforts related to new products, processes, and technologies

Lead efforts to review, analyze, and refine business procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and standardization

Serve as a key liaison between project teams, business units, and senior leadership

Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning across teams

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred

Familiarity with CI, Dev Ops, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
