Founding Customer Success Manager
Blazel is an AI startup that helps founders and executives grow their audience and convert new clients. They are seeking a Founding Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships from onboarding to renewals, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and driving results across campaigns.

Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding calls and establish workflows
Ensure client can login and grants access to third party accounts
Present and align on image styles and brand direction
Discuss profile optimization and positioning
Clarify current goals and roadmap for deliverables
Set up Slack channels for client communication
Plan and agree on early experiments or A/B tests
Act as the main relationship owner across 100+ clients
Handle ticket routing between teams (engineering, writing, design)
Ensure that client requests are correctly turned into tickets and resolved
Ensure tickets are resolved by escalating and project managing outstanding tasks
Ensure smooth communication loops between clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Excellent communication and project-management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate cross-functional teams
Familiarity with marketing workflows, social platforms, or creative production
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid startup environment
