Bilingual HR Onboarding Coordinator
Morgan Auto Group is seeking a Bilingual HR Onboarding Coordinator to manage the onboarding process for new team members. The role involves creating employment ads, pre-screening applicants, and ensuring compliance with onboarding procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities
Create and post-employment ads as requested
Applicant pre-screening
Send offer letters to identified applicants at the Leaders request
Contact applicants who have not consented to their background and or scheduled/completed drug screening within allocated time frame to provide a reminder
Partner with Leaders to prepare for new team members arrival which will include:
Creating approved pay plans as directed
Sending completed pay plans to Leaders for required signatures
Request new Team members log in credentials from IT prior to arrival
Schedule Team Members for new hire orientation
Contact new Team Members to ensure onboarding has been complete in its entirety prior to orientation
Confirm date and time of orientation, as well as remind the team member of items required to bring to orientation
Gather and complete I9 documentation
Complete all new hire onboarding via the HRIS system
Provide new team members with onboarding handouts (contact list, pay schedule, benefit info, new hire logon/credential sheet etc.)
Order Team Members name tag
Send benefit enrollment reminders to new team members via email
Audit compliance testing status for all new team members; send reminders to team members as needed
Other duties to be determined by management
