Developing and implementing programs and activities that provide life-enriching opportunities for the residents
Qualification
Required
Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field required
Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist or Certified Activity Director or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistance required
Valid Driver's License required
Current BLS Certification or must obtain within 30 days of start date
Experience working with seniors in a residential setting required
Preferred
Demonstrated understanding of stages of dementia
