Responsibilities

Ensure all financial aspects of projects are documented and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders

Monitor and analyze project expenditures, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders

Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards

Ensure compliance with customer contracts and internal accounting policies

Prepare and present financial reports and data during audits and assist with audit inquiries as needed

Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices within the technology and professional services industries

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

5+ years of experience in project accounting, preferably within professional services or the technology industry

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial compliance regulations

Proficiency with accounting software; experience with NetSuite is highly desirable

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize effectively with a strong sense of urgency

Preferred

Experience performing payroll processing, particularly using ADP

Willingness and ability to work extended hours or outside of traditional business hours, as needed, to meet deadlines and collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities, frequent context switching, and tight deadlines

Strong business acumen with the ability to think holistically and connect the dots across teams, processes, and outcomes

A consistent approach to work that aligns with and reinforces Isos Technology's values and culture

Ability to work effectively in a remote, low-distraction work-from-home environment
