Responsibilities
Lead design and drafting efforts from concept to construction documentation
Develop layouts, details, and architectural plans across multiple product lines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural plans with development goals
Conduct site visits and support construction coordination as needed
Manage city submittals and assist in permitting processes
Stay current on residential design trends and construction best practices
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in residential architecture or related field
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and detailing
Familiarity with current building codes and regulatory processes
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
Preferred
Architectural license a plus, but not required
