Cofounding Recruitment Partner
SupportFinity is building the next generation of hiring and talent intelligence, and they are looking for a Recruitment Leader to co-found and lead their professional recruitment services business. This role involves owning the vision, revenue growth, and execution of the business line using SupportFinity’s AI platform.

Responsibilities
Build, launch, and scale SupportFinity’s professional recruitment services
Drive revenue through enterprise and high-value recruitment engagements
Leverage SupportFinity’s AI technology to deliver faster, higher-quality hiring outcomes
Own client relationships end-to-end, from sales to delivery
Build and activate your network to create immediate pipeline and growth
Define pricing models, go-to-market strategy, and service offerings
Become a core voice in company strategy as a cofounder
Qualification
Required
10+ years of recruitment sales experience with proven results
Strong track record of closing and growing high-value recruitment accounts
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by ownership—not titles
Visionary mindset with the ability to see where recruitment is going
Deep network of customers, decision-makers, and industry relationships
Comfortable using modern sales and CRM tools
Confident leading conversations at C-level and enterprise scale
Excited to build something meaningful from the ground up
