Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations of their apartment community. The role involves managing daily maintenance tasks, mentoring a maintenance team, and ensuring the properties remain safe and functional.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service

Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances)

Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail

Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained

Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude

Participate in on-call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7

Qualification

Required

Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred

Prior apartment or property maintenance experience

EPA or HVAC certification

A team player who's ready to roll up their sleeves
