Richmond American Homes, part of Sekisui House, is a prominent builder with a rich history in homebuilding. They are seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst to assist in underwriting purchases of new communities and evaluating land acquisition opportunities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and conduct the technical and financial feasibility analysis of acquisition opportunities

Obtain and analyze Due Diligence materials for project feasibility

Assist managers in the preparation of corporate land acquisition approval packages

Support and assist with entitlement/zoning documents

Conduct research to assist managers in determining project timelines and schedules

Conduct general research in selected jurisdictions and solo-markets to facilitate the identification of land opportunities

Perform various administrative tasks to assist in the land acquisition process

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, real estate, business or related field

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
