Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
Utilize process modeling tools like Visio or ARIS to document processes
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in IT service management processes and tools
Background in process design and reengineering with proficiency in MS Visio
Strong technical and analytical skills, including knowledge and experience in systems integration and transition
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or 3 to 5 years of process reengineering experience
Experience with LEAN methodologies
Preferred
ITIL v3 Service Management Practitioner Certification and process-specific Practitioner Certification
Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
COBIT v5 Experience
