Responsibilities

Training and servicing new clients on the full suite of our products

Follow-up support with existing clients once they are fully onboarded

Building meaningful industry relationships to help keep existing clients and find new potential clients

Traveling throughout the country to manage accounts to help ensure their success

Data analysis and translating that data into thoughtful recommendations for training of service personnel

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable in speaking with all levels of management, including C-Level. Written communication should be at a business level

The comfortability to coach and train individuals in large groups

Self-motivated, and able to work with little to no supervision

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

A quick learner who is used to a fast paced environment, and can readily adapt to new changes

Excellent time management and task prioritization skills

The ability to trouble shoot problems, and solve issues creatively

An Associates Degree OR Similar Experience

Experience within a professional in-person Customer Service role (Ideally, Account Management, Implementation, etc)

Experience with work related travel

Experience in working with software (ie troubleshooting, triage, learning the ins and outs of a software system)
