Required

Bachelor's degree and 12 years' experience or Associate's degree and 14 years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 16 years' experience

U.S. Citizenship required; Must have the ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance

Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline

Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, CIS)

Experience with security tools and practices such as vulnerability scanning, threat modeling, and penetration testing

Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles

Ability to define requirements, specify architectures, complete detailed designs, and oversee implementations

Proven technical skills and a strong understanding of cutting-edge cloud solutions and architectures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player

Strong written and oral communication skills

Possess an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 certification or the ability to obtain within the first 90 days

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional

AWS Administrator Associate

Experience developing Bash/Python scripts and templates necessary for resource provisioning to occur automatically

Experience with web development frameworks, database technologies, web services, and/or web application servers

Discovering and implementing industry-standard cloud service offers, as well as processes and standards that ensure the most efficient use of cloud service provider products

Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action and an ability to find innovative ways to solve problems
