The role focuses on ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality cloud platform products through effective sprint facilitation and backlog management.

Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews) across multiple cloud and DevOps delivery teams
Partner with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to align with strategic goals
Track team performance metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and cross-team coordination issues to maintain delivery momentum
Coach teams on Agile principles, and iterative delivery of platform services
Partner with Engineering, and FinOps leads to align delivery milestones and ensure alignment to enterprise standards
Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to leadership with transparency and accountability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading Agile teams, preferably within Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineering environments
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
Proven ability to facilitate multiple teams and coordinate complex delivery dependencies
Excellent communication and servant-leadership skills with a focus on empowerment and accountability
Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD workflows, and cloud-based delivery models
Preferred
Experience supporting cloud platform or DevOps product teams (AWS, GCP, Terraform, or GitHub Actions)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing priorities and tracking performance metrics
Experience collaborating with global, distributed engineering teams
