Manager, Finance and Operations
The Go Green Initiative (GGI) is seeking a full-time, remote Manager of Finance & Operations to serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO. This role is critical for ensuring sound finances, compliance with grants, and effective management of public and philanthropic funding.

Responsibilities
Oversee payroll and HR administration, including multi-state payroll compliance
Manage grant administration, reimbursements, and reporting for government and philanthropic funders
Coordinate bookkeeping and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness
Partner with the CEO, staff, Board, and external vendors to support informed financial decision-making
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in finance, operations, payroll, or grants administration
Experience with government or public-sector grants
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (or similar)
Strong organizational judgment, attention to detail, and a systems-oriented mindset
