Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Respond to call for assistance
Identifies all malfunctions, troubleshoots, and performs necessary repairs of electronic gaming devices and equipment as required
Installs, inspects and tests electronic gaming devices, hardware, equipment and associated systems as required for efficient, continuous conduct of business operations
Adjusts electronic and electro-mechanical equipment to ensure maximum efficiency
Performs necessary preventive maintenance of electronic gaming devices as required
Assist slot supervision in the resolution of customer disputes regarding malfunctioning equipment
Clean slot machines and area as directed
Assist in the relocation or installation of equipment
Test and debug equipment functioning following maintenance work in the company of an Indiana Gaming Commission representative
Observes all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and reports unsafe conditions to assigned supervisor
Performs duties of Slot Attendant, as necessary, to ensure maximum performance of all slot machines on the casino floor
Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Horseshoe and encourages others to do the same
Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures
Performs all related duties as assigned
