Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
Minimum of 7 years of experience in employment litigation defense, with a focus on PAGA and wage and hour claims
Expertise in defending against PAGA lawsuits and class action employment claims
In-depth knowledge of California Labor Code, Wage Orders, and relevant employment regulations
Strong track record of success in defending employers in complex litigation matters
