Responsibilities
Lead strategic marketing and business development for the water/wastewater division
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and project coordination
Oversee engineering and technical staff to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery
Review and contribute to design documents including basis-of-design reports and improvement plans
Conduct and participate in public and client presentations
Manage internal project documentation and records
Mentor junior and mid-level engineering staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Arizona or the ability to obtain one quickly
At least 8 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater design
Demonstrated experience with infrastructure such as pump stations, pipelines, reservoirs, lift stations, and well systems
Strong organizational and leadership skills in a team-based setting
Proficient communication skills-both verbal and written
Familiarity with industry-standard design software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
