Responsibilities
Review and assess patient-facing Voice AI interactions
Listen to and speak with AI-led recruitment and screening calls
Evaluate whether the agent sounds appropriate, follows protocols and regulatory guidelines, and handles patient interactions correctly
Document structured feedback across predefined criteria
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in clinical trial recruitment or patient-facing clinical operations (site, CRO, or call-based teams)
Experience engaging with patients or reviewing patient-facing recruitment, screening, or follow-up interactions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make clear, accurate judgment calls when evaluating AI performance (tone, accuracy, and protocol adherence)
Fluency in English
Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet
Preferred
Fluency in an additional language
Experience using technical or software-based tools (e.g., CRMs, CTMS, call review platforms)
Prior exposure to AI, digital health, or call quality review
