Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret existing company engineering and project execution processes
Ensure company and EPC engineering workflows are mapped to correspondence to ensure alignment and compliance
Identify any divergences and propose integration strategies
Provide guidance to EPC engineering teams
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, trainings, and onboarding for EPC staff
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering
6+ years of experience working in EPC project environments
Experience in process engineering, project engineering, or project management
Familiarity with process mapping methodologies
Ability to read electrical engineering documentation and schematics
Preferred
Nuclear energy, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sector experience
