Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Subject Matter Expert in Dynamics 365. This role is crucial in providing support and expertise to ensure the efficient use of the Dynamics 365 platform, focusing on issue resolution and system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
Provide support for Dynamics 365 platform usage, focusing on issue resolution and basic configuration assistance
Troubleshoot L2 incident management, L3 problem fixes, and coordinate with internal or vendor teams
Assist with system updates, integrations, and platform health monitoring
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI
Develop custom workflows and perform system troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
8–12 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 experience
Proficiency in troubleshooting user-reported issues across supported D365 modules
Experience with CRM integration, data migration, custom workflows, and system troubleshooting
Proficient in SQL Server and Power BI
Ability to develop scripts and customizations using JavaScript
Preferred
Experience with role-based access and form behavior management
Ability to design and implement CRM integrations and data migration strategies
Familiarity with platform health monitoring and operational standards
