Customer Experience & Social Media Coordinator
Pontoon Saloon is Nashville’s premier Passenger Vessel offering unique river cruise experiences. The Customer Experience & Social Media Coordinator will manage customer interactions, assist with reservations, and handle social media content creation and strategy.

Responsibilities
Assist guests with their reservations, understanding the cruise options availability, pricing, and pitching & coordinating add-on services
Support staff with content creation and managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Later)
Research and advise on a strategy to maximize social media channels and reach new audiences
Go on cruises to collect and create content to drive social media marketing
Qualification
Required
Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Have a clear, professional, and informative communication style
Critical thinker & problem solver
Self-starter, ability to plan, work on tasks, and meet deadlines
Knowledge in content creation and social media channels
Preferred
Experience in tourism, hospitality, or the music industry
Intermediate Social Media capabilities
Experience with business-to-consumer and tourism markets
Sales background and experience on phones
Bonus: experience in advertising, graphic design, Adobe & Canva
