Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting across modular construction roles — including project managers, estimators, field leaders, engineers, and executives
Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent strategies aligned with project goals
Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals, and modular industry networks
Screen, interview, and guide candidates through a best-in-class recruiting experience
Coordinate offers and close top talent, ensuring alignment with compensation and project timelines
Maintain organized pipelines and accurate recruiting data to support forecasting and reporting
Qualification
Required
3+ years of talent acquisition experience (construction or modular construction preferred)
Proven success recruiting technical and leadership roles across operations, engineering, and manufacturing
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to recruit strategically and tactically in a competitive construction market
Organized, results-driven, and comfortable working onsite in a collaborative environment
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
