Responsibilities

Model fully designed components/assemblies and create/revise drawings in accordance with ASME standards

Design minor components or portions of major systems and modify existing designs to develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations

Work from engineering notes, sketches, redlines, and/or preliminary drawings to create or modify designs

Work with multiple organizations in the company to include, but not limited to, engineering, quality and operations/manufacturing

Review work to ensure accuracy and completeness

Required

Associate's degree in applicable field

Minimum of four years of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) experience

Ability to parametrically model fully defined components and assemblies

Proficiency with ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), ASME Y14.100 Engineering Drawing Practices, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

Experience with revision control tools

Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Ability to travel (< 25%)

Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
