Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
The Connor Group is a national leader in operating luxury apartment communities, seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator. The role involves administering benefit programs, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate associate data in HR systems while providing excellent customer service and support for benefit inquiries.

Responsibilities
Administer benefit programs, including enrollments, terminations, leave management, invoice management, and related payroll processing
Serve as the primary contact for benefit inquiries and support open enrollment and new hires directly
Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
Manage deductions, garnishments, and year-end activities while maintaining payroll records and resolving issues
Maintain accurate associate data and system updates in HRIS and Payroll systems
Support onboarding, reporting, and data integrity across all HR systems
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and disciplined with an exceptional level of attention to detail
Ability to deliver great customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energetic, forward-thinking individual with high ethical standards
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
