Responsibilities

Support the delivery of agile projects
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Track and manage project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices

Qualification

Agile Scrum MasterAWSAPI developmentP&C Insurance knowledgeFacilitation skills

Required

Expert (10+ years experience) in Agile Scrum Master
Hands on scrum master based in Cockeysville MD
AWS knowledge
API development knowledge (NODEJS)
Willing to work from client office 4 days a week
