Responsibilities

Manage core accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations

Process vendor invoices and payments through the company’s AP system and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately

Handle deposits, cash activity, and daily bank reconciliations

Assist with month-end close activities, including account analysis and variance explanations

Partner with team members to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Support internal and external reporting requests as well as audit and compliance initiatives

Contribute to special projects within the accounting and finance function as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

1–2+ years of accounting experience (internship experience acceptable)

Solid understanding of GAAP, debits/credits, and general ledger accounting

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Experience with NetSuite is required

Preferred

Prior experience in a SaaS, software, or high-growth tech company strongly preferred
