Capstone Research Corporation is seeking to expand our team. The Senior Systems Analyst will support the Missile Defense Agency in planning and executing various tests and events, while also coordinating technical requirements and building relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of Joint hardware-in-the-loop / software-in-the-loop ground tests, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) events, flight tests, exercises, and demonstrations

Coordinate, develop and refine technical requirements necessary to develop Operational and Systems Architectures

Providing technical guidance and support for ongoing Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control efforts

Build Long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Brief technical requirements and architectures to high-ranking Service and MDA stakeholders

Required

At least 20 years related systems engineering experience, preferably with Integrated Air and Missile Defense related systems

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test incorporating complex threat scenarios

Hands on experience in testing and integration

Experience supporting/writing technical reviews, risk assessments, and capability portfolio synchronization events

Proven problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to travel 20-25% of the time

Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Must be US Citizen
