Oversee technician performance on every job, ensuring exceptional customer experiences

Lead weekly sales meetings to review repair trends, channel sales, and system performance

Assist technicians in creating the most effective system designs for customer needs

Communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to the team

Track, analyze, and review branch sales KPIs, including gross close rates and average ticket size

Present repair and replacement options to customers virtually or by phone

Conduct bi-monthly sales reviews and ongoing coaching for technicians

Monitor compliance with Goettl standards and ensure accurate job data collection

Manages technician schedules and provide real-time support

Participate in technical training sessions to enhance team skills
