Jack Mason is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support the accurate and timely processing of watch orders. This role is responsible for preparing, inspecting, packaging, and shipping timepieces and accessories while maintaining high standards of care and presentation.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship watch orders accurately and on schedule

Inspect watches prior to shipment to ensure condition, accuracy, and completeness

Verify correct model, serial numbers, straps, documentation, and packaging

Prepare watches for shipment, including sizing bracelets and attaching straps when required

Process domestic and international shipments in compliance with carrier and customs requirements

Handle watches, movements, and components with care and attention to detail

Assist with inbound inventory inspections and stock organization

Maintain accurate inventory records for watches, straps, boxes, and accessories

Flag defects, inconsistencies, or packaging issues to management

Package watches according to brand and luxury presentation standards

Ensure inclusion of warranty cards, manuals, and accessories

Maintain clean, organized, and secure fulfillment workspaces

Coordinate with customer service for returns, exchanges, and replacement parts

Coordinate with customer service and service/repair teams when necessary

Assist with warranty shipments and service-related logistics
