Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with Sodexo policies and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and reporting to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data
Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles across all units, aligning financial plans with organizational goals
Report VMP Monthly, Review Market Connection, and prepare Weekly Flash
Daily review of E-Vision
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting
Consolidate financial statements and provide detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making
Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and internal control enhancements
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for all units to ensure financial stability
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years in accounting, finance or a related field
Strong healthcare finance experience
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-entity financials
