5+ years expEDZ Systems is seeking a Power Platform & AI Automation Analyst to join their digital innovation team. This role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools and modern AI capabilities to drive intelligent automation and data insights across the organization.

Responsibilities
Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes
Create compelling, interactive dashboards and data models using Power BI for real-time reporting and analysis
Build and deploy low-code/no-code applications using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Integrate and utilize Microsoft Copilot and AI to enhance business applications and user experiences within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
Collaborate with teams across departments to gather requirements and deliver customized automation and analytics solutions
Use AI models and tools (e.g., AI Builder, Azure AI, Copilot Studio) to enhance workflows with intelligent decision-making
Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automation logic and data models
Promote adoption and provide guidance/training on best practices for Power Platform and AI tools across the organization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power BI
Hands-on experience integrating Copilot or other AI-powered assistants into Microsoft 365 or custom business workflows
Understanding of AI Builder, generative AI tools, or cognitive services for automating and enhancing processes
Proficiency in creating automated flows, connectors, and integrations with SharePoint, Teams, and other data sources
Experience with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query for transforming and visualizing data in Power BI
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred
Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-300, or AI-900
Experience with governance, security, and lifecycle management in Power Platform environments
Familiarity with agile development or project management methodologies
