Responsibilities
Steward donors with timely acknowledgments and tailored communications
Maintain fundraising databases and giving portals (Salesforce, Give Lively, Stripe/PayPal) for accurate entry and reporting
Assist with prospect research and support cultivation strategies
Coordinate fundraising events and community engagement activities end‑to‑end
Create and distribute content across website, email newsletters, press, and social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn); manage content calendars
Monitor engagement and media coverage; liaise with media, partners, and vendors
Support volunteer initiatives and serve as point of contact for the Young Professionals Advisory Board (YPAB)
Provide project management and administrative support; assist with design assets in Canva
Qualification
Required
Excellent writing/editing, organization, and project management
Experience with CRM/databases and social platforms; Salesforce preferred
Comfort engaging donors and diverse audiences; Spanish language ability preferred
Bachelor's in communications/marketing or related field; nonprofit or fundraising/communications support experience
3-5 years of experience required
